DRIVER'S LICENCE AND AGE: Minimum 2 years of valid national or international driver's license and 21 years of age for the 1st group (A.B.C), 26 years of age and 2 years of driving license for the 2nd (D.E.F) and 3rd group (G.H.I.J).

RENTAL PERIOD: Minimum rental is one day. Special rates are applied for long term rentals.

RATES: Rates include maintenance, third party insurance (up to the legal limits), exclude 18% Value Added Tax (V.A.T). Gasoline is paid by the client.

PAYMENT: The estimated cost of the rental is payable as deposit at the time of delivery of the car (minimum EURO 200.-) and the final adjustment is made on completion of the rental. Each additional hour up to 3 hours will be charged at 1/3 of the rate applied. Any fraction excess of 3 hours will be calculated as a full day. No deposit required from the holders of authorized credit cards (American Express, Diners, Eurocard, Master Card, Visa).

INSURANCE: Client's liability for collision damage for the 1st group is limited up to EURO 5.000.-, for the 2nd group EURO 10.000.- and for the 3rd group EURO 12.500.-, per accident. This can be waived at EURO 10.- per day for the 1st group, EURO 15.- per day for the 2nd and 3rd group. CDW excess is EURO 200.- However, if the car is driven under influence of alcohol or drugs, above the legal speed limits, if the traffic report and alcohol report is not submitted within 48 hours, Collison Damage Waiver (C.D.W) is considered void and the driver is kept responsible for the damage. If C.D.W. is not accepted and in the event of the theft of the vehicle, if the vehicle is found within 45 days, the lessee is responsible to pay for the rental charges up to the date the vehicle is found. If the vehicle is not found within 45 days, the lessee is responsible to pay the current value of the vehicle. Insurance does not cover tyre punctures, windscreen or headlight breakages and theft of spare tyre. This can be waived at EURO 5.- per day for the 1st group, EURO 8.-per day for the 2nd group, and EURO 9.- per day for the 3rd group. Request for permission for additional driver must be made at the time the car is rented. Otherwise, insurance becomes void. Additional Driver Charge is EURO 5.- per day (for each driver).

PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE: Available at EURO 10.- per day for all groups.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION: Free delivery and collection of cars at Zeplin stations and airport offices within office hours. Delivery and collection outside city limits of Zeplin stations are charged EURO 0.5.-/km to the nearest Zeplin station. For less than 7 day rentals, one-way drop-off charge is EURO 150.-.

TRAFFIC FINES: Traffic fines are charged to the renter. In cases where the renter is found fully defective at any traffic accident and does not inform the nearest Zeplin office within 48 hours following occurrence, the period which may elapse during the car's stay at the service or the period during which the car is prevented from traffic for any reason, shall be added to the rental fee.

CHAUFFEUR DRIVEN SERVICE: Available on request with driver at EURO 36.-per day. Driver expenses are covered by Zeplin.

BABY SEAT: Available on request at EURO 7.-per day.
